At Rize Labs, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the procedures and guidelines for returning items. These policies apply to customers within the domestic USA.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rizelabs.life. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards resolving it promptly.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@rizelabs.life, and we will assist you accordingly.

RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.

EXCLUSIONS

Please note that discounted, sale, or special offer items are not eligible for refunds. However, we do allow exchanges or store credit for these types of orders.
