Thank you for choosing Rize Labs! We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review our Shipping Policy below for important information regarding orders and refunds.

Returns

Our policy states that we offer a 100% refund if the return is initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or within 30 calendar days of receiving the purchased item, provided that the item is returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, if more than 30 working days have passed since you received your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate the return process, please email us at support@rizelabs.life, and our dedicated customer service agent will guide you through the next steps.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Please note that there are situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time involved in posting the refund.
  4. If you have completed the above steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rizelabs.life.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and a refund will be issued if eligible.
