  1. How long will it take you to deliver my order?

Once you place an order with us, you can expect to receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, most packages arrive between 7-10 business days after shipment. Please note that it may take a few days for your tracking information to update as it clears customs in your respective country.   1. From where are your products shipped?

All orders within the US and Canada are shipped from our partner facility in Texas. We work with various fulfilment partners, so it's normal to see a different return address on occasion. Rest assured that this is part of our standard operations.

  1. Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to customers in the US and Canada. If there are any restrictions or issues with shipping to your country, we will inform you promptly and work towards finding a suitable solution.

  1. What are your shipping charges?

At Rize Labs, we offer shipping to the US and Canada. We provide free shipping on most US orders, while Canadian orders are subject to a shipping fee of $19.95. Keep an eye out for exclusive deals and promotions throughout the year.

We want you to have a delightful shopping experience with Rize Labs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us or one of our affiliates, you have the option to return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase.
